Bottom Rail:
The bottom rail is fabricated from double Aluminum angle size 40x40x4mm 50x50x5mmm thick (Its depend on the door size), with vinyl astragal Bottom bar provide reinforcement to bottom of curtain
Guides:
Produced from 2mm thick steel strip, hot dipped galvanized and cold formed into channel U section 60mm x 30mm, 100mm x 30mm (Its depend on the size door)
Axle and Drum (Center Motor):
Asde shall be a steel pipe 60mm or 76mm (its Depend on the size door) to ensure a rigid structure to give a high factor of operating safety and minimum deflection
Shaft (Side Motor)
Using barrel 133mm x 4mm 300mm x 6mm (lis depends on the door size) to give high factor of operating safety and minimum deflection
Brackets:
Galvanized steel plate of size 400mm x400mmx 4mm thickness is used to make bracket. This bracket holds dangle along with (central motor). Made up of 3mm thickness of size 4450mm L x 425mm H with two gusset plates. This gives stability to the bracket. Also for door bigger than 6 meter the bracket of size 570mm L x 560mm H with thickness of 5mm used. This bracket has two gusset plates to give stability. The brackets are of steel with powder coating done
(Side Motor-Si) Brackets are made of mild steel plates, 515x300x3.5mm, 580x320x4mm thick (Its depends on the door size) these brackets support the drum and curtain assembly which are attached to the inside wall of the building. Brackets are factory painted with under primer to protect from corrosion.
